After 4 sold out editions in the Antwerp Sportpaleis, last year Sensation moved with roaring success to the Ethias Arena in Hasselt. For this edition organisers ID&T have inivited Martin Solveig, Erick-E, Sebastian Ingrosso, Sander Van Doorn and the mysterious Mr. White.

New Front 242 DVD

Front 242's "Vintage Tour" concept was so well received across the globe that it is actually still running today... During the last couple of years, Belgium's very own pioneers of electronic music, Front 242, performed live in front of many thousands of fans, all impressed by the early electronic music atmosphere they bring on stage through these good old analogue sequences the band has reloaded to match the spirit of their time. Front 242 indeed comes from a different time, when working with electronic music was difficult, the machines were hostile and humans needed to interact strongly with synthesizers to master their art - Music required discipline.

Since the early 80's, Front 242's ever-growing fanbase has always proven to be the 5th member of the band. A unique communion between fan and artist that has grown and matured over the course of 3 decades. An interactive relationship that has displayed its intensity during every "tour de force" live performance where the energy of the audience seamlessly unites with the energy of the band, together creating an incredible experience.

Patrick Codenys, Daniel B., Jean-Luc De Meyer and Richard Jonkheere again offer us another treasure: their very first live Moments in the band's history in Budapest, Hungary filmed on December 6 2008 by the amazing team of Steve's Black Head Agency. We invite you to discover this exceptional second official Front 242 live DVD immortalizing once more the legend and genius of Front 242.81 Minutes of live madness plus some extra's including interviews and a photo gallery.

Radar Records' First Release By Netsky

After releasing the first Jungle Fever Mix CD, it was only right that the two exclusive Netsky tracks on it, Your Way and Daydreaming were made available to D&B lovers worldwide, and so, Radar Records was born. Your Way has accumulated over 300.000 views on YouTube, in one form or another, in just a few months time, and has warmed the hearts of people all over the world. With its smooth licks, soothing vocal hook, its downtempo intro and uplifting build-up, it smashes dancefloors from the UK to Russia. Daydreaming has had plays by Fabio & Grooverider (on BBC's Radio 1). Somewhere in between liquid and wobble, it showcases a style from Netsky we have rarely had the privilege to witness.

Netsky has risen through the ranks of D&B like few have before him. His talent was instantly recognised by the biggest boys in the scene, with Friction, Hype, London Electricity and Twisted Indivual trying to get their hands on his next gems. Netsky is currently in the process of finishing his debut album for Hospital Records.

RDR001 will be available first, exclusively, at the Radar launch party at Silo, Leuven on Friday March 12, where superstars Sigma and Camo & Crooked join in for the celebration. As from March 25, it will be available in stores worldwide and in all good on line shops. Beatport snatched up the exclusive rights to the digital version and those will be up two weeks after the vinyl release. Keep your eyes peeled for updates soon.

Two More Union Match Parties Coming Up

Union Match Music, the label pushed by Compuphonic, is planning two more parties this Month. The first one is held on Saturday March 13 at Libertine Supersport. Top of the bill is Superpitcher, one of Kompakt's strongholders. The second party takes place on Friday March 26 at Decadance and features Compuphonic himself next to two other great Belgian acts: Fabrice Lig and Spirit Catcher.

Fuse Birthday Weekends

16 Years Fuse will be celebrated for the first time on Saturday April 17. Jeff Mills and Fuse resident Deg are in command of the main level while Pierre is hosting Lezzizmore in the second room. For that special ocassion he invited the king of Montréal's Techno scene Guillaume & The Coutu Dumonts and Onur Özer, the Turkish DJ and producer who's a regular at Lezzizmore. On Saturday April 24, Fuse opens its doors for the second part of the 16th Birthday Weekend. The German Techo label Ostgut Ton sends two of its best DJ's to the ground floor at Fuse: Len Faki and Marcel Fengler. They'll be joined by Peter Van Hoesen and Deg. Belgians To Look Out For: Tape Tum

Tape Tum was formed in the tiny Belgian town of Beernem by the musical brothers, Benjamin and Lieven Dousselaere. As teenagers they started jamming in the attic of their parents' house, all hopped up and happy on Belgian beer and high yeast waffles. Later on, they abandoned physical instruments and pop completely to make 'musique concrète' inspired soundscapes for contemporary theater and installation art. For the masses maybe not the most exciting craft in the world - yet teaching the brothers to copy paste and manipulate sound in the digital domain. Now they have dived back into the fun world of songwriting, experimental pop and catchy electronics.

The result is their first full-length album The Night We Called It a Day. It is released in Benelux by Debonair Recordings and distributed and promoted by NEWS.

Belgium-based creative studio La Fortuna has made its dance motion-picture debut with a videoclip inspired by the urban acrobatic performance known as free running. The actors can be seen in the futuristic streets of a digitally-enhanced Brussels, dressed in Walter van Beirendonck catsuits and gigantic gorilla masks. They used Sound Of Stereo's "Zipper" as the soundtrack to their video. Check it out!
