If you’d like to do more than send flyers and other promo items – that’s great. We can use all the help we can get to ensure that Red Bull Elektropedia is brimming over with interesting and comprehensive information and that it continues to grow.
You decide for yourself just how much you want to contribute to the website. But here are a few examples of what you could do:
If you spend/spent a week or so wandering around Fuse/Boccaccio you might have (had) the urge to scribble down a few words about the history of the club. But don’t get in a fret; we don’t want epics that are so long no-one wants (or has to time) to read them all. More important is that the information in the text is correct and provides a clear outline of the evolution of the club. And why not do this together with some other people?
The same goes for DJs and producers. Is there someone you are a particular fan of? Then tell us about them.
Do you feel like interviewing people yourself? Do you wonder every now and again for instance how Peter Decuypere - the founder of 55, Fuse and I Love Techno - is doing these days? Or are you curious about the story behind the flyers and the record covers that Daan designed? We can make sure that you get an answer to your questions. (Peter Decuypere told us by the way that he’s fine, thank you).
Pages of existing clubs need to be kept up-to-date but not every club has the time to keep posting and updating their agendas online. Is that something you could do? In exchange for this (and for all other types of contributions that involve a degree of responsibility and dedication), we will also continue giving away tickets, CDs and other great prizes.
